Tack Coat Spraying is a process which involves the spraying of bituminous emulsion to bind wearing course to base course layer, or to bind new and old material when overlaying.

Our fleet of Tack Coat Sprayers are available for work nationally, we carry out works for the larger road constructions companies to council and NRA specifications.
 
We have carried out works through these companies on several large contracts including the M50 and the Castleblaney Bypass to name a few.

PLANING WORKS

Cold milling machines (planers) are designed to remove defective materials to the required thickness so that it can be replaced and the carriageway repaired.

They are also used to remove strips of asphalt pavement so that supply lines can be installed in trenches, thus ensuring that the time required for road works is kept short.

For effective and efficient planing we supply as a package a Planer, Truck and Sweeper at a competitive rate. 

WHITE LINING SERVICES

All car parks, small roadways etc catered for.  We can provide a complete service from start to finish including white lining.  Therefore our customers face no delays.

MACHINE HIRE (Paver)

We have several Paving machines available for hire. These include, BB760, BB650, BB632 and Antec 3500. We can also facilitate those wishing to hire a paver and driver.

HEATING MACHINE

The Heating Machine allows for patch-less repairs to be carried out with no cutting out and no joints.

Four independent heating zones allow the user to recycle an area ranging from eight square feet up to forty-eight square feet at time. Four independent swivel castors allow complete manoeuvrability when in the working position. Simply fold the trailer unit out and position it over the area to be reheated.
